Marathon training update

Today was a little rougher of a day! Particularly because of the HIGH humidity

Nike+ says

  • Avg Pace: 12:15 min/mi
  • Calories 736

Much slower than I would normally go (about 10 minutes per mile), and also doing 8 miles yesterday tired me out a bit. Just 5 weeks to go from this Sunday – I'm so excited! I hope you come out to see me Sunday morning, October 19th. I started a new audio book on this run and it's pretty good – Gang Leader For A Day. I'll write more about it later, for sure, along with some other books I have read/listened to recently, and some on my list.
