Marathon training update

| Ugh…my knee is still bothering me after a week of no running. I was supposed to run 18 miles tonight, but couldn't even get a quarter of it done without my knee being in pain. It looks like I am going to have to stagger some running – some in the morning and some in the evening – and do some focused weight training to get this problem taken care of. Funny, back at the end of May the same thing happened, except to my left knee. Now I know how to take care of it much more effectively and faster. The Columbus Marathon is just 4 weeks from today! |
